About us

CP Youth is owned by myself, Gabriel. I have over 13 years of experience in the disability sector supporting youth with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder and other conditions.

Moving over from the corporate sector, I worked for one of NSW's largest disability organisations, making significant contributions to the development and support of youth with disabilities through facilitation of mentoring programs, camps, school holiday programs and 1:1 skill development aligned to a participant's NDIS goals. I also managed corporate volunteers providing unique opportunities for staff to get to engage with their community, build stronger team dynamics and make a meaningful social impact.

I have a strong background in learning and development within a major corporate environment, specialising in coaching and development of managers. I hold a Certificate in Training and Assessment, which has further enhanced my expertise in designing effective programs.

I'm pretty fortunate to have the opportunity to do what I do and I don't take it for granted. It is a privilege. I'm really passionate about young people feeling valued, having friends, having opportunities and realising their potential.
